The Formation of Inter-Organizational Networks
This text focuses on the varying organizational arrangements between firms "networks". The contributors, from many different backgrounds including economics, business history, and marketing, are concerned with when, why, and how firms engage in inter-organizational networking. It includes papers from a workshop organized by the editor as part of the European Management and Organization in Transition (EMOT) program sponsored by the European Science Foundation (ESF), and held in Berlin.
